Bakalářská práce přináší pohled na ochranu vybraných práv průmyslového vlastnictví skrze analýzu jednotlivých rozhodnutí zejména Úřadu průmyslového vlastnictví, doplněných o vlastní komentář a závěry. Cílem práce je definovat hlediska, která jsou užívána v uvedených rozhodnutích a slouží k ochraně práv průmyslového vlastnictví. The Bachelor thesis deals with some industrial property rights through analysis of individual decisions, especially decision of Industrial Property Office, supplemented by own comments and conclusions. The aim of the thesis is to define terms which are used in these decisions and serve to protect industrial property rights.
