Paul Erdős and The Book
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is to demonstrate simple and brief proofs of selected problems from the Book. The first part gives a biography of Paul Erdős, the founder of the idea of the Book. In the remaining chapters, we discuss several problems from various areas of mathematics and we analyze their proofs.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje jednoduchým a stručným dôkazom vybraných problémov z Knihy. V prvej časti je uvedený životopis Paula Erdősa, zakladateľa myšlienky Knihy. Zvyšné kapitoly sú venované problémom z rôznych oblastí matematiky a rozborom ich dôkazov.
