Analysis of the results of municipal elections in the Petrovice Karvine

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komunální volby v obci Petrovice u Karviné 2006 ? 2010. Zabývám se především výsledky komunálních voleb a analýzou volebních výsledků stran. Volební programy některých stran, se mi nepodařilo dohledat. Petrovice u Karviné je větší obec, která má bohatou historii, v úvodních kapitolách se snažím přiblížit čtenářům mé práce jednotlivé části obce Petrovice u Karviné. V další kapitole se snažím definovat pojem obec a vše co se k obci vztahuje, fungování úřadů, zastupitelstva, typy obcí, působnost obce atd. Třetí bod obsahuje, jaké typy voleb můžeme mít, a snažím se objasnit teoretický průběh komunálních voleb, jaké subjekty se voleb mohou zúčastnit, kdo všechno může kandidovat a také se snažím vysvětlit, že v obci s menším počtem obyvatel, na rozdíl oproti městu je snadnější uspět a navíc rozhoduje spíše osobnost kandidáta, než volební příslušnost. V závěrečné části analyzuji výsledky voleb z hlediska počtu mandátů daných stran a daných kandidátů. V roce 2006 porovnávám volební program strany ODS a poté přirovnávám s vyjádřením starosty, který objasňuje, jaké body se mu podařilo splnit. Analyzují volební výsledky politických stran z hlediska počtu mandátů a jednotlivých kandidátů v obecním zastupitelstvu.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the municipal elections in the village Petrovice at Karviné 2006-2010. I focus on the results of municipal elections and the analysis of election results pages. Election programs of several pages, I could not be traced. Petrovice Karviné the greater community that has a rich history in the opening chapters I try to explain to readers of my work different parts of Petrovice at Karviné. In the next chapter I try to define the concept of community and everything that relates to the village, the functioning of agencies, authorities, municipalities types, scope municipalities, etc. The third section contains the types of choices we have, and try to clarify the theoretical course of the municipal elections, which entities may participate in the election on who can run and try to explain that in the village with fewer inhabitants, in contrast to the city's easier succeed and also determines the personality of the candidate rather than voting jurisdiction. The final section will analyze the results of the election in terms of the number of mandates given by the parties and candidates concerned. In 2006, I compare the ODS election program and then liken, with the expression of the mayor, who explains what points he managed to accomplish. Analyze the results of the election of political parties in terms of number of seats and the candidates in the municipal council.
