Témou tejto práce je Lex Aquilia de damno, Akviliov zákon o škode a zmeny právnej úprava zodpovednosti za škodu. Venujem sa okolnostiam jeho vzniku a predchádzajúcej úprave v Zákonoch XII tabúl.
