Proposal of communication mix optimization for a selected accommodation establishment
Abstract:
Subject of this bachelor’s thesis is communication mix optimization for a selected accommodation establishment. The aim is to evaluate range and level of communication of selected establishment with its customers. This information is used for proposal of optimization and integration of individual tools of marketing communication in selected accommodation establishment.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca pojednáva o optimalizácií komunikačného mixu vybraného ubytovacieho zariadenia. Účelom práce je zhodnotiť rozsah a úroveň, akým sledovaný subjekt komunikuje so svojimi zákazníkmi. Zistené údaje slúžia pre návrh optimalizácie a integrácie jednotlivých nástrojov marketingovej komunikácie ubytovacieho zariadenia.
