Práce se zabývá právem na informace v obchodních korporacích a problémy s tím spojenými. Zaměří se na způsob uplatnění práv akcionářů a společníků, na povinnosti společností a jejich plnění. Thesis deals with the right to obtain informations from a capital companies and with the inherent problems. It is focused on the method of applying rights of shareholders and copartners, company obligations and their fulfillment.
