Práce popisuje postup implementace driveru knihovny GDAL pro čtení map ve formátu Zoomify, který umí data číst i ze vzdálených zdrojů protokolem HTTP. Důraz je kladen na optimalizaci kódu pro případ použití knihovny v interaktivních prohlížečkách map. Součástí práce je též úprava kódu warpovacího rozhraní knihovny a virtuálního driveru. Abstract:
This paper describes the implementation of a GDAL driver for reading maps in Zoomify format, including remote maps using HTTP protocol. The emphasis lies on optimalization for the case of using the library in interactive map browsers.
