Graphical interactiv communication in HADES database
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zobrazováním molekulových struktur z databáze HADES. Bylo nutné nastudovat jednotlivé zobrazovací nástroje a vybrat nejvhodnější pro zobrazování struktur v PDB formátu. Byly vybrány Java applety Jmol, WebMol a Chemis3D a začleněny do uživatelského rozhraní k databázi HADES.
Abstract:
This thesis deals displaying of molecular structures from HADES database. It was necessary to search molecular modelling tools and choose apropriate tool for displaying structures in PDB format. Java applets Jmol, WebMol and Chemis3D were chosen and incorporated to user interface of HADES database.
