Rakovina je v současné době předmětem mnoha výzkumů. Nádorové buněčné linie jsou pro tyto výzkumy velice vhodným modelem. Existuje mnoho testů, například MTT, XTT, flow cytometrie apod.. Tyto běžné testy patří mezi tzv. end-point analýzy, u nichž je znám výsledek testu pouze v momentě vyhodnocení, průběh se nedá monitorovat. Many studies are currently engaged in research focused on cancer. Cancer cell lines are very suitable model for this studies. There are many tests such as MTT, XTT, flow cytometry, etc.. These routine tests are among the so-called end-point analysis, where the outcome of the test only at the moment evaluation, the course can not be monitored.
