Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat rozdílné mendelisticky dědičné onemocnění u skotu na jejich molekulární úrovni. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe different mendelistically hereditary diseases in cattle at their molecular level. In the beginning chapters, the thesis deals with domestication and genomic characterization of cattle.
