Modern Internet Banking

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Moderní internetové bankovnictví je zaměřena na internetové bankovnictví ve vybrané bance. Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě námětů od klientů Komerční banky, a. s. a komparace internetového bankovnictví s vybranými konkurenčními bankovními institucemi navrhnout zlepšení v oblasti internetového bankovnictví této banky. V teoretické části je nejprve charakterizováno elektronické bankovnictví, jeho výhody, historie a příslušná legislativa, v následujících kapitolách jsou vymezeny jednotlivé kanály elektronického bankovnictví a poté detailně popsáno internetové bankovnictví, jeho služby a možná nebezpečí. Je zde popsáno využívání služeb internetového bankovnictví v ČR a EU od roku 2010 do roku 2020. Praktická část je zaměřena na internetové bankovnictví Komerční banky, a. s., na její aplikace, výhody, klientské návrhy na zlepšení, dále je internetové bankovnictví této banky komparováno s internetovým bankovnictvím vybraných konkurenčních bank. Na základě analýzy klientských návrhů a komparace s konkurencí jsou zpracována konkrétní doporučení na možné vylepšení internetového bankovnictví Komerční banky, a. s.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Modern Internet Banking is focused on Internet banking in a selected bank. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is based on suggestions from clients of Komerční banka, a. s. and a comparison of internet banking with selected competing banking institutions to propose improvements in the field of internet banking of this bank. The theoretical part first characterizes electronic banking, its benefits, history and relevant legislation, in the following chapters the individual channels of electronic banking are defined and then internet banking, its services and possible dangers are described in detail. There is described the use of internet banking services in the Czech Republic and the EU from 2010 to 2020. The practical part is focused on internet banking of Komerční banka, a. s., its applications, benefits, client suggestions for improvement, further there is compared internet banking of this bank with internet banking selected competing banks. Based on the analysis of client proposals and comparison with the competition, specific recommendations are made for possible improvements in internet banking of Komerční banka, a. s.
