The thesis deals with clarification of merit and relevance of liabilities, ways of booking of different kinds of liabilities and application of this knowledge in a chosen organization. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá objasnením významu a podstaty záväzkov, spôsobmi účtovania rôznych druhov záväzkov a aplikácia týchto poznatkov v konkrétnej organizácii. Práca je rozdelená do 3 kapitol, obsahuje 2 grafy, 22 tabuliek a 1 prílohu. Prvá kapitola je venovaná teoretickému vymedzeniu podstaty záväzku, jeho významu a právnej úprave účtovníctva.
