Criminalistic documentation of the crime scene

Abstract:

Kriminalistika obsahuje různé kriminalisticko-taktické metody, prostředky a posloupnost prováděných úkonů k odhalení stop nacházejících se na místě činu a jejich pachatelů. Při provádění ohledání místa činu se provádí kriminalistická dokumentace, která zaznamenává celý jeho průběh a výsledky. Obligatorní a základní formou dokumentace místa činu je protokol o ohledání, přičemž jeho nedílnou součást tvoří fotografická dokumentace a topografická dokumentace. Výsledkem kriminalistické dokumentace místa činu je ucelený komplexní materiál, který má důkazní hodnotu a může docílit odhalení a objasnění trestné činnosti. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na průzkum zásad, postupů a prováděných úkonů při ohledání místa činu a jeho zdokumentování. Na základě získaných poznatků vede ke zhotovení uceleného přehledu kriminalistické dokumentace místa činu z vytvořené modelové situace.

Abstract:

Criminalistics comprises the various criminal-tactical methods, means and sequence of actions performed to detect clues found at crime scenes and their perpetrators. When conducting a crime scene examination, criminalistic documentation is carried out to record its entire course and results. The obligatory and basic form of crime scene documentation is the crime scene examination report, with photographic and topographical documentation forming an integral part of it. Criminalistic documentation of a crime scene results in a comprehensive complex material which has evidentiary value and can achieve the detection and clarification of criminal activity. This bachelor thesis focuses on the exploration of the principles, procedures and actions performed in crime scene examination and documentation. Based on the knowledge gained, it leads to the development of a comprehensive overview of crime scene forensic documentation from a model situation created.
