Diplomová práce se zabývá potenciálem Tibi, při výrobě nápojů na bázi piva, jako alternativou za pivovarské kvasinky na čtyřech prototypech vyrobených odlišnou technologií mutování. Konkrétně se jednalo o fermentované sladové nápoje, které byly vyrobeny technologií infuzní a dekokční a atypické pivní nápoje vyrobené na základě infuzní a dekokční technologie výroby rmutu. The thesis deals with the potential of Tibi, in the production of beer-based beverages, as an alternative to brewer's yeast on four prototypes produced by different mutation technology.
