V práci jsem se věnoval vzdělávání rozhodčích. Zvolené téma vychází z mého profesního zájmu, přesto se v průběhu zpracování ukázalo, že tato problematika je podstatně širší a složitější, než se původně zdálo. Education of referees is one of the important issues in today's preparation of soccer referees. This importance is a base for this bachelor thesis. The thesis is focused on the education of referees in the “mentor – talent” program. The referees were divided into four groups according to the level of their competition.
