Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru a jeho financování prostřednictvím úvěrových produktů od banky UniCredit Bank. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením hlavních pojmů, jako je investice a její fáze, metody hodnocení investic, možnosti financování, finanční analýza. Dále popisuje vybrané bankovní úvěry. The main point of the thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment plan and its financing by credit products from UniCredit Bank. The theoretical part deals with definition of the main terms such as the investment and its phases, evaluation methods of investment, options of financing, financial analysis and describes the selected bank loans.
