Téma diplomové práce je „Investiční záměr“. Investiční záměr je prováděn ve firmě Komaspol s.r.o., předmětem investičního záměru je vybudování nového obilného sila, které bude zvyšovat výnosy společnosti. Hlavním cílem je, zda zamýšlený investiční záměr přinese pro danou společnost očekávané efekty.
