The crimes and offences against civil coexistence
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou trestných činů a přestupků proti občanskému soužití, se zvýšeným zřetelem na trestné činy. Do problematiky uvádí historickou exkurzí, zejména pak obdobím po roce 1961. Ve stěžejní části podrobně rozebírá skutek Výtržnictví, a to jak z pohledu trestního práva, tak i z pohledu práva správního.

The work deals with crime offenses and petty offenses related to the civil coexistence, with the development of these issues with an emphasis on the period after 1961, and then with the current modifications of standards, with the differences between them, the central topic is, however, the area of crime offenses.
