New Approaches To The Treatment Of Chronic Wounds

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce charakterizuje metody léčby nehojících se ran. Vysvětluje možný původ rány, následný hojící proces a v krátkosti se zabývá možnými faktory, které ovlivňují hojení. Práce pojednává o možných metodách zabývající se zlepšováním léčby, jak z hlediska rychlosti, tak i po stránce zdravotního rizika pacienta. Objasňuje, jaké krycí materiály jsou vhodné pro dané typy ran. Poskytuje informace o nejnovějších krycích materiálech. Dále se práce věnuje mikrobiálnímu osídlení ran. Závěr práce shrnuje všechny kapitoly a zamýšlí se nad pozitivy a negativy spojené s léčbou nehojících se ran.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis characterizes the methods of treatment of non-healing wounds. It explains the possible origin of the wound, the subsequent healing process and briefly discusses possible factors that influence healing. The thesis discusses possible methods of dealing with the improvement of the treatment, both in terms of speed and in terms of health risk to the patient. It explains what covering materials are suitable for the types of wounds in question. Provides information on the latest covering materials. It also discusses microbial colonisation of wounds. The conclusion of the thesis summarises all the chapters and reflects on the positives and negatives associated with the treatment of non-healing wounds.
