Analysis of development of ecological agriculture and bioproducts market in Czech Republic

Abstract:

Ve své Diplomové práci analyzuji motivace podnikání v oblasti ekologického zemědělství a bioproduktů a vývoj podnikání v oblasti EZ a bioproduktů v ČR. Snažím se o testování hypotézy, kterou je vliv vládní podpory na rozvoj ekologického zemědělství a trhu s bioprodukty. Na oblast ekologického zemědělství a trhu s bioprodukty pohlížím nejen z hlediska ekologického zemědělce, ale i z hlediska, zpracovatelů bioproduktů, distributorů a v neposlední řadě na tuto oblast nahlížím i jako konečný spotřebitel. Pomocí statistických ukazatelů, které převádím do tabulek a grafů, předpokládám budoucí vývoj ekologického zemědělství jako rostoucí. Při přínosů a ztrát ekologického zemědělství zjišťuji, že alespoň co do počtu, mnohem více převyšují pozitiva nad negativy. V rámci zkoumání finančních dotací dospívám k názoru, že současné nastavení finančních dotací pro ekologické zemědělce je více než štědré, což na jednu stranu láká do tohoto odvětví stále více nových zemědělců, avšak přílišná štědrost, která umožňuje některým zemědělcům pokrýt až 95% jejich nákladů, způsobuje demotivaci zemědělců alespoň co se týká jejich produkce. Zjišťuji také překážky v oblasti dodavatelského řetězce, které je nutno posoudit a zapojit všechny zainteresované strany na jejich odstranění.

Abstract:

I analyze the motivating of enterprise in ecological agriculture and organic products in my graduation theses and I analyze the development od enterprise in ecological agriculture and organic products in CZ. I try testing of hypothesis which is the influence of government support on the development of ecological agriculture and market for organic products. I view the area of ecological agriculture not only in term of farmer, but even in term of compilers of organic products,distributors and last but not least I view the area in term of tha last consumer. I suppose the increasin future development of ecological agriculture, by the help of statistical datas, which I transform in tables and graphs. I find out, in summary of contributions and wastes, that many positives are superioring to negatives. I presuade, in terms of financial dotations research, that present state of pre-set of financial dotations for ecological farmers is more than generous, which on the one hand makes new farmers come in this area of agriculture, but on the other hand, too generous which makes possible to cover costs from 95% to farmers, evoke demotivating of farmesr at least for their productin`s part. I am finding barriers to in area of supplier chain, which must be checked and all interested person must be engaged for their elimination
