Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou loterií, her a sázek a poukazuje se na současnou praxi a její nedostatky, vymezuje prameny právní regulace a charakteristiku právních norem. This bachelor’s work deals with legal amendment of lotteries, games and bets and it points out the present practice and deficiencies, defines the sources of legal regulation and features of legal norms. The attention is especially paid to betting games via gaming machines. It deeply deals with charging for such betting games.
