Q-BRIDGE-MIB support in net-snmp for Linux
Abstract:
Linux supports the IEEE 802.1D bridges and manipulation of virtual LANs. This thesis discusses various methods of Q-BRIDGE-MIB implementation in devices supporting the IEEE 802.1Q standard for Net-SNMP daemon in Linux. One selected method is implemented. Another objective is to integrate the program into wireless access points used in Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University.
Abstract:
Linux obsahuje podporu bridgeov a vytvárania virtuálnych LAN. Táto práca pojednáva o spôsoboch implementácie Q-BRIDGE-MIB pre zariadenia s podporou IEEE 802.1Q do Net-SNMP démona v Linuxe a implementácie vybraného prístupu. Dalším cieľom je integrácia programu do bezkáblových prístupových bodov na Fakulte informatiky Masarykovej univerzity.
