People with severe visual disability and their employment.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na osoby s vážným zrakovým postižením a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na popis zrakové vady, kompenzačních pomůcek, intervence, zaměstnání a sociální vnímání. Praktickou část jsem udělala pomocí rozhovoru, s cílem zjistit, jak osoby s vážným zrakovým postižením vnímají své postavení na trhu práce.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on people with severe visual disability and their employment. I am focusing on the description of visual defects, compensatory aids, intervention, employment and social perception in the theoretical part. I did the practical part using an interview with the goal of finding out how people with severe visual defects perceive their position on the labor market.
