Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma exekučních sporů. V práci jsou uvedeny základní principy exekučního řízení, jeho fungování, elementárních zásad a jednotlivé typy exekučních sporů, které mohou nastat. Spory jsou rozděleny a popsány z hlediska své povahy a rysů.
