The thesis investigates work motivation, and analyses different sources of work motivation: money, status, and meaningful purposes. The practical part of the research focuses on the analysis of work motivation in an investment company. The author investigates how the employees of investment companies may be motivated, and shows that in this type of business, financial motivation is not always the best ways of boosting employees’ performance. The thesis should be valuable for researchers investigating broad topics of work

Abstract:

The thesis investigates work motivation, and analyses different sources of work motivation: money, status, and meaningful purposes.
