Autor bakalářské práce se snaží osvětlit aspekty, které ho vedly ke zpracování bakalářské práce na téma: „Obecní rozpočty v soustavě veřejných rozpočtů“. The author of the thesis tries to shed light on aspects which led to a bachelor thesis: “Municipal budgets in the system of public budgets”. He continued by defining and clarifying the basic and the related institutions and legal arrangements.
