Využití principů zážitkové pedagogiky při práci s mladými dospělými opouštějícími instituce náhradní rodinné výchovy

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit vzdělávací program na principech zážitkové pedagogiky určený mladým dospělým opouštějícím instituce náhradní rodinné výchovy. K tomu, aby bylo co nejlépe zvoleno zaměření a pedagogický cíl programu, bylo nutné popsat cílovou skupinu, a to jak z hlediska věku, tak i v rámci specifik, které mladé dospělé opouštějící instituce náhradní rodinné výchovy vymezují. Tím byly definovány oblasti, které je vhodné posilovat, a které jsou důležité pro samostatný život mimo instituci. Dále bylo potřeba přesně popsat, co je zážitková pedagogika, čím se vyznačuje a jaká jsou pravidla pro tvorbu programu na jejích principech. Po vyhodnocení všech možných oblastí vzdělávání byla vybrána pro program problematika časného rodičovství. Toto téma je tak obsáhlé, že není v možnostech této práce ho pojmout celé. Z toho důvodu došlo k jeho dalšímu rozboru a následně byla jako záměr vzdělávacího programu zvolena zodpovědnost, která se časného rodičovství významně týká. Při tvorbě programu byla specifikována účastnická skupina, vymezení prostorových potřeb programu, časová dotace, personální zajištění a pedagogický cíl ve znění „Účastníci zažijí situaci, jejíž řešení vyžaduje zodpovědný přístup.“ Dále byl určen herní princip a herní cíl, díky čemuž došlo k výběru vhodných aktivit. Aktivity jsou v práci řádně popsány, včetně jejich pravidel. Je vytvořen soupis potřebných rekvizit a materiálu. Jsou určeny možné krizové situace a návrhy jejich řešení. A v neposlední řadě je připraven návrh struktury závěrečné reflexe programu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to create an educational programme based on the principles of experiential pedagogy for young adults leaving foster care. In order to best select the focus and pedagogical goal of the programme, it was necessary to describe the target group, both in terms of age and in terms of the specificities that define young adults leaving foster care. This defined the areas that should be strengthened and that are important for independent life outside the institution. Furthermore, it was necessary to describe exactly what experiential pedagogy is, what distinguishes it and what are the rules for developing a programme based on its principles. After evaluating all possible areas of education, the issue of early parenthood was selected for the programme. This topic is so extensive that it is not within the scope of this thesis to cover it all. For this reason, it was further analysed and then responsibility, which is significantly related to early parenthood, was chosen as the aim of the educational programme. The programme design specified the participant group, the definition of the spatial needs of the programme, the time allocation, the staffing and the pedagogical objective of "Participants will experience a situation whose resolution requires a responsible approach." In addition, the game principle and game objective were identified, which led to the selection of appropriate activities. The activities are properly described in the thesis, including their rules. An inventory of necessary props and materials is made. Possible crisis situations and suggestions for their solution are identified. Last but not least, a proposal for the structure of the final reflection of the programme is prepared.
