Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována neurálním buněčným liniím a jejich využití při testování neurotoxicity. V úvodní části práce jsou zmíněny nejvýznamnější vybrané přírodní a syntetické neurotoxiny a zároveň je popsáno jejich neurotoxické působení na organismus. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to cell lines and their use in neurotoxicity testing. In the first part of the work, the most important selected natural and synthetic neurotoxins and their neurotoxic effects on the organism are mentioned.
