Abstract:
Moje práce se zaměřuje na rakouské ústavní soudnictví. Toto téma jsem si vybral, protože Rakousko a Čechy sdílely poměrně dlouhou historii. Zajímalo mě, jak moc odlišný je dnes rakouský ústavní systém a jakými zákony se řídí. Zjistil jsem, že rakouský spolkový systém je z hlediska ústavního zřízení trochu odlišný od německého, i když jsou obě země spolkovými státy.
