Alternative Distribution Channels and the Direction of their Development

Abstract:

Cílem práce je predikovat vývojové trendy alternativních distribučních kanálů. V první části se věnuji přehledu jednotlivých alternativních distribučních kanálů, jejich popisu. Dále rozebírám rizika, výhody i nevýhody klasického a internetového bankovnictví a věnuji se jejich zabezpečení ze strany uživatele i ze strany banky. V závěru práce predikuji vývoj jednotlivých distribučních kanálů s výčtem možností zlepšení.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to predication trend of alternative distribution chanels. The first part is devoted to an overview of the alternative distribution channels and their description. In the next chapter, I analyze the different risks and advantages and disadvantages of traditional and Internet banking and I analyze their security from side of users and bank. In the end of this work I predict development of alternative distribution chanels with a list of possible improvements.
