Realization manual of the adrenaline race

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření manuálu pro realizaci adrenalinového závodu. Úvod práce se věnuje popisu SWOT analýzy, sponzoringu a sportovní reklamy ve sportovních soutěžích po teoretické stránce. Praktická část práce se zabývá popisem organizační a finanční struktury vybraného adrenalinového závodu družstev a jednotlivců Muchovman. V této části práce je popsána kompletní analýza závodu. Dále bylo provedeno anketní šetření mezi účastníky analyzované akce. Na základě získaných informací a dat, byl vytvořen praktický manuál pro realizaci obdobné adrenalinové akce. V této části bakalářské práce byl vypracován kompletní projekt s tvorbou tratí, časovým harmonogramem příprav a vytvořením rozpočtu pro navrhovaný závod. Hlavní přínos práce je obsažen v navrhovaných postupech a zlepšeních pro organizaci obdobné akce po stránce finanční i organizační.

Abstract:

My bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of organising adrenalin events. At the beginning of my thesis I have carried out the SWOT analysis in theory and analysed sponsorship and advertising in sports events. The practical part of my thesis is primarily about the analysis of the Muchovman race. Muchovman is a race of teams and individuals in climbing, cycling and running. In this part I analyse the race in its organisational aspects. I also worked out the financial summary of the cost of the race and a survey among the competitors. Based on the results of the analysis was carried out a draft of procedures by organising a similar adrenaline competition. I have also work out a complete project with a tracks, schedule of preparations and suggested a financial summary of a similar race. The main contribution of my bachelor´s thesis is included in the proposed draft and improve the organisations of the similar events in financial and organizational aspects.
