Sérologický průzkum na viry přenosné komáry

Abstract:
Diplomová práce předkládá přehled virů přenášených komáry, které vyvolávají nákazy u obratlovců včetně člověka, se zaměřením na střední Evropu. Dále předkládá přehled prevalence protilátek proti arbovirům Sindbis, West Nile, Ťahyňa a Batai a popis dvou klasických sérologických testů hemaglutinačně-inhibičního a virus-neutralizačního používaných k těmto vyšetřením.
Abstract:
This thesis presents survey of mosquito-borne viruses which they cause infections of vertebrates including man in Central Europe. Next it presents survey of prevalence antibodies against arboviruses Sindbis, West Nile, Ťahyňa and Batai and description of two classical serological tests - hemagglutination-inhibition test and plaque-reduction neutralization test which they are used for these serological …more
