Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spektrální analýzu vzorků; sběr informací o prvkovém složení získaných pomocí metody laserem buzeného mikroplazmatu. Dále je bakalářská práce zaměřena na zkoumání vlastností a chování mikroplazmatu ve vztahu k matrici vzorků a úvahu nad teoretickými podobnostmi vlastností mikroplazmatu v závislosti na zkoumané matrici.

This bachelor thesis discusses spectral analysis of certain samples; information collection concerning element composition using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy approach.
