Factors which effect the motivation of workers in public administration organizations in selected countries (Italy and the Czech Republic) 3. Case Study on selected employees in selected organizations (Red Hat and Public Administration Organization) 4. The proposals and recommendations for implementation of open organization model in public administration organizations
