Utilization of 3D corrections in machining of contoured surfaces
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá popisem, způsobem zadávání a využití 3D korekce v CAD/CAM systému Catia V5 a řídicím systému HEIDENHAIN TNC426. Součástí práce je program pro obrábění zkušební součásti s využitím 3D korekcí. Dále se práce zabývá rozborem problémů vzniklých při obrábění zkušební součásti a identifikací jejich příčin.
Abstract:
This work is pointed to description, way of definition and usage of 3D correction in CAD/CAM system Catia V5 and control system HEIDENHAIN TNC426. The work includes program for machining the test part with usage of 3D correction. Further is focused on analysis of problems incured during machining of test part and identification of problem causes.
