Cieľom diplomovej práce je charakterizovať, popísať vývoj úverových produktov poskytovaných špecializovanými bankami ako sú stavebné sporiteľne a hypotekárne banky a následne analyzovať vplyv úverových produktov na rozvoj bytovej výstavby a bývania v SR z makroekonomického hľadiska.
