Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem optimalizace zásob v maloobchodě. Vychází z praxe firmy ExTech, která poskytuje software Quant specializující se na různé procesy v rámci retail managementu, mezi něž patří i generování automatických objednávek. Jejím primárním cílem je ověřit předpoklad, že napojení automatických objednávek na planogramy optimalizuje logistický proces. V práci je ukázáno, jakým způsobem řeší napojení automatických objednávek na planogramy software Quant a jaké přínosy může toto napojení retailerovi přinášet. Značná část práce se věnuje výpočtům minimálních a maximálních hodnot zásob pro generování automatických objednávek. Práce by měla poskytnout přehled o různých způsobech řešení minimálních a maximálních hodnot zásob a shrnout jejich výhody a nevýhody.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the subject of inventory optimization in retail. The thesis is based on the practice of company ExTech which provides software Quant specializing in various retail management processes, including the automatic ordering. The main goal is to verify the assumption that the connection of the automatic ordering with planograms optimizes the logistical process. The thesis shows how the connection of the automatic ordering with planograms is implemented in software Quant and what benefits this connection can bring to the retailer. A considerable part of the thesis is devoted to the calculation of the minimum a maximum stock levels for generating of automatic orders. The thesis should provide an overview of different ways of determining the minimum a maximum values and summarize their advantages and disadvantages.
