Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma konfliktů, které se vyskytují v pracovním prostředí. Teoretická část představí a rozebere pojmy spojené právě s konfliktem. The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of conflicts that occur in the work environment. The theoretical part introduces and analyzes the concepts associated with the conflict. Furthermore, the types of conflicts, their possible causes and their possible consequences are explained, as well as styles and approaches that can be used in dealing with conflict.
