Tématem této bakalářské práce je likvidace společnosti. První částí bakalářské práce je vymezení pojmů spjatých s likvidací společnosti, seznámení s obchodními společnostmi, se kterými se lze setkat na území ČR, seznámení s osobou likvidátora a především popis průběhu likvidace obchodní společnosti.
