Mobbing, bossing and bullying in the environment of the Czech army

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá patologické jevy (mobbing, bossing a šikanu) v armádním prostředí. Zaměřuje se na různé formy mobbingu, kterým může vojenský personál čelit, a zkoumá důsledky pro jejich duševní zdraví. Tato studie vychází z komplexního přehledu existující literatury, zahrnující relevantní výzkumné práce a zprávy dostupné na internetu. Cílem této práce je osvětlit rozšířenost, základní příčiny a složité dynamiky mobbingu a bossingu v rámci vojenských útvarů. Práce také zkoumá dopad těchto nepřátelských chování na postižené jedince a celkovou vojenskou strukturu. Studie využívá kvantitativního průzkumu pro sběr dat od vojenského personálu.

Abstract:

This thesis examines pathological phenomena (mobbing, bossing and bullying) in the army environment. It focuses on the different forms of bullying that military personnel may face and examines the implications for their mental health. This study is based on a comprehensive review of the existing literature, including relevant research papers and reports available on the Internet. The aim of this work is to shed light on the prevalence, underlying causes and complex dynamics of mobbing and bossing within military units. The work also examines the impact of these hostile behaviors on affected individuals and the overall military structure. The study uses a quantitative survey to collect data from military personnel.
