Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na znalosti všeobecných sester o problematice krevní transfuze. Svým obsahem je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část se v obecné rovině zabývá hemoterapií, poskytuje náhled do historie, popisuje krevní skupiny a pojednává o využití krve a aplikace transfuze v klinické praxi. The bachelor thesis is focused on general nurses' knowledge of the issue of blood transfusion. Its content is divided in two fundamental parts – theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part generally deals with haemotherapy, provides insights into its history, details the blood types, and discusses the uses and application of blood transfusion in clinical practise.
