Improvement of The Internal Logistics at Company, SAS Autosystemtechnik, s. r. o.

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zlepšit interní logistiku společnosti. Projekt řeší problém neefektivního využití pracovníků a techniky interní logistiky. Detailní analýzou byly identifikovány nedostatky jednotlivých sekvenčních pracovišť a to pomocí chronometráží a špagetových diagramů. Během sledování pracovníků byly vydefinovány typy plýtvání a potenciály na zlepšení. Na základě analýzy byla vybrána pracoviště s největším potenciálem na zlepšení. Využití pracovníků interní logistiky se podařilo zvýšit o 10 % a to pomocí využití ABC analýzy, změnou layoutu jednotlivých sekvenčních pracovišť, zavedením Supermarketu vybraných dílů, změnou procesů, zavedením systému PLT (pick to light) a návrhem automatického zavážení dílů na linku. Toto vše vedlo k úspoře nákladů na lidský kapitál, ale také techniku. Dále se podařilo ušetřit téměř 500 m2 logistické plochy, kterou společnost může pronajmout dodavatelům. V druhé části projektu byl vytvořený návrh na automatické zavážení dílů na linku, který umožní společnosti posunout se o několik příček výš před konkurencí a zvýší svoji hodnotu z pohledu náročného zákazníka.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to improve the internal logistics. The project solves a problem of inefficient use of staff and equipment of internal logistics. Shortcomings of individual sequences of work were identified by detailed analysis of chronometry and spaghetti diagrams. Types of waste and potential for improvement were defined during surveillance of workers. Workplaces with the highest potential for improvement were selected based on an analysis. Use of internal logistics workers managed to increase by 10 % by means of the use of ABC analysis, change of layouts of the individual sequences of work, introduction of Supermarket of selected parts, change of processes, introduction of PLT (pick to light) and design of auto charging parts to the line. All this has led to cost savings on human capital as well as technology. Furthermore, we managed to save nearly 500 m2 of logistics area which company can rent to suppliers. For the auto charging parts to the line, design was created in the second part of the project which will allow the company to move a few rungs above the competition and increase its value from the perspective of demanding customers.
