Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá příjmem vlákniny u klientů s obezitou v nutričních poradnách. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o vláknině, obezitě a vztahu vlákniny a obezity. Soustředí se na druhy a potravinové zdroje vlákniny, fyziologické účinky a pozitivní účinky na lidské zdraví. Navíc jsou shrnuty poznatky o obezitě a je poukázáno na preventivní účinky vlákniny ve vztahu s obezitou. Praktická část posuzuje příjem vlákniny u jedinců s obezitou a zkoumá vztah mezi příjmem vlákniny a pohlavím, hodnotou indexu tělesné hmotnosti (BMI), energetickým příjmem a příjmem vybraných mikronutrientů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the intake of fibre among clients with obesity in nutrition clinic. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about dietary fibre, obesity and the relation between fibre and obesity. It focuses on types and dietary sources of fibre, physiological effects and positive effects on health. In addition, knowledge of obesity is summarised and the preventive effects of fibre in relation to obesity are pointed out. The practical part assesses fibre intake among obese individuals and examines the relationship between fibre intake and gender, body mass index (BMI), energy intake and intake of specific micronutrients.
