Circular operations for the development of motor skills in the training process of youth categories FC Viktoria Plzeň (methodical manual - website)

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření webových stránek s návrhem zásobníku cvičení vhodných pro rozvoj pohybových schopností v rámci kruhových provozů realizovaných v tréninkových jednotkách mládežnických kategorií FCVP. Výsledkem jsou webové stránky www.kruhoveprovozyprofotbal.webnode.cz, které obsahují zásobník cvičení pro rozvoj pohybových schopností. Ty jsou rozděleny dle náčiní a nářadí (lavičky, flexibar, bossu a balanční pomůcky, koberečky, obruče, koordinační žebřík, gymball a gymnastické nářadí - hrazda, kruhy, bedna, trampolína a odrazový můstek). Předpokládáme, že trenér či jiný uživatel si poté jednotlivá cvičení poskládá do kruhového provozu sám dle potřeb tréninkové procesu dané věkové kategorie. Inovativnost a jedinečnost zásobníku cvičení spatřujeme zejména v komplexnosti nabízených cviků a v pestrosti využití cvičebních pomůcek.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create a website with a design of a stack of exercises suitable for the development of motor skills in circular operations implemented in training units of youth categories FCVP. The result is the website www.kruhoveprovozyprofotbal.webnode.cz, which contains a stack of exercises for the development of motor skills. These are divided according to utensils and tools (benches, flexibar, boss and balance aids, rugs, hoops, coordination ladder, gymball and gymnastic tools - crossbar, rings, crate, trampoline and springboard). We assume that the trainer or another user then puts the individual exercises into a circular operation himself according to the needs of the training process of the given age category. We see the innovativeness and uniqueness of the exercise stack mainly in the complexity of the offered exercises and in the variety of uses of exercise aids.
