Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem trestu domácího vězení, který byl do právního řádu České republiky zaveden s účinností zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., trestní zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, tj. k 1. lednu 2010. Práce se zabývá pojmem trest, účelem trestu a jeho srovnáním s ochrannými opatřeními a opatřeními ukládanými mladistvým. Krátká zmínka patří funkcím, systému a historii trestu. Podstatou …more

This diploma thesis deals with the new institute of penal law - the house arrest, that has been introduced to the legal system of the Czech Republic by the Penal Code, statute no. 40/2009 col., on the 1st January 2010. The paper focuses on the definition of punishment, its aim and also on the comparison of the house arrest with protective treatment measures and protective measures imposed on the juveniles …more
