Abstract:
Stěžejní téma práce je uvedeno v jejím názvu. Cílem práce je charakterizovat pojem nezákonný zásah a prostředky k ochraně proti němu, přičemž budu usilovat o posouzení nejen právní úvahy, ale s ohledem na její výkladová pravidla i na dopady do praxe. Znamená to, že postupné kroky vycházejí ze systematiky uspořádání jednotlivých kapitol, ve kterých budu vždy postupovat od obecného ke zvláštnímu. K tomu …more
