Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the transfer of property ownership. Tries objectively compare and explain the diferences between the two types of ownership transfer. Also explains an compares the elements in the individual contracts, which are related to the transition to ownership of property. The bachelor’s work consists of introduction, five chapters and conclusion.Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na prevod a prechod vlastníctva k nehnuteľnosti a snaží sa objektívne porovnať a vysvetliť rozdiely medzi prevodom a prechodom vlastníctva k nehnuteľnosti. Taktiež vysvetľuje a porovnáva náležitosti v jednotlivých zmluvách, ktoré súvisia s prevodom a prechodom vlastníctva k nehnuteľnosti.
