Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na kolizní normy manželského práva. Cílem práce je ověřit, zdali hraniční určovatel lex patriae je stále nejvýznamnějším hraničním určovatelem v oblasti manželského práva. Společně s tím je předmětem této práce vytvořit ucelenou analýzu hraničních určovatelů obsažených v jednotlivých kolizních normách manželského práva.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the conflict of laws rules used in matrimonial law. The question that the author tries to answer is whether even nowadays, is lex patriae still the most significant connecting factor has when it comes to matrimonial law or whether its role decreased over the time.
