The Image of the Countryside and the City in Cesare Pavese`s The Harvesters and The Moon and the Bonfires
Abstract:
The goal of the bachelor`s thesis is to present the importance of the countryside and the city theme in Cesare Pavese`s work through analysis of his novels The Harvesters and The Moon and the Bonfires. The analysis consists of the description of characters and the enviroment and characteristics of symbols and the theory of myth.
Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je poukázať na význam tematiky prostredia vidieku a mesta v diele Cesara Paveseho prostredníctvom analýzy románov Paesi tuoi a La luna e i falò. Analýza pozostáva z popisu postáv a prostredia a charakteristiky symbolov a teórie mýtu.
