Zákon č. 218/2002 Sb., o službě státních zaměstnanců ve správních úřadech a o odměňování těchto zaměstnanců a ostatních zaměstnanců ve správních úřadech upravuje práva a povinnosti zaměstnanců správních úřadů, tj. státních zaměstnanců.
